Ingham Health Plan is a nonprofit that provides quality medical services for uninsured people living in Ingham County. The program costs little for members (an annual fee of $20 and $0-$5 copays on most services) and helps those who make too much to qualify for Medicaid and not enough to comfortably afford Marketplace coverage have access to medical and dental services.
